Randstad Belgium is seeking a Financial Analyst in Treasury Accounting in Beerse. You will own daily cash management and postings for international affiliates and contribute to a major S/4HANA ERP transformation.

Core responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst in Treasury Accounting, you will be part of the RCM Accounting team (8 colleagues) within a broader international Treasury division. You will take full ownership of the daily cash management and accounting transactions for assigned international affiliates, while actively participating in a major S/4HANA ERP transformation.

• Daily cash management & postings: Handle daily postings related to electronic bank statements, follow up on interfaces, and process financial transactions within strict timeframes.
• Affiliate set-up & integration: Onboard new affiliates in the treasury system by correctly aligning and implementing balances, master data, mapping tables, and parameters in close collaboration with Finance and Global Services teams.
• Month-end closing & reconciliations: Perform monthly closing activities, forecastings, and rotative reconciliations within tight deadlines. Accurately report financial data to other financial departments, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding SOX requirements.
• International stakeholder management: Act as the primary contact for your assigned affiliates and manage interactions with global finance stakeholders.
• Systems & transformation support: Participate in testing and support activities for the ongoing S/4HANA implementation to optimize processes, update documentation, and achieve project milestones.
