Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics)
• 1–2 years of analytical experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports/dashboards
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Nice-to-have: SAP or ERP systems experience
• Nice-to-have: TMS or transportation/logistics domain knowledge
• Nice-to-have: Dutch language skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools
• Create and optimize Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights
• Monitor transportation spend and support freight budget planning
• Evaluate carrier and supplier performance against targets
• Perform data-driven simulations for new transportation scenarios
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, service and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve transportation processes and performance
