Edenred BeLux is seeking a Data Analyst in Brussels to design, implement and manage data systems for pricing analytics, client segmentation and business reporting. You will build dashboards in Power BI and enable self-service analytics across the organization.

You will collaborate with internal users, data managers and developers, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions and ensuring data security and governance. A hybrid setup with remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience in financial services or related field.
• Bridge business needs and data solutions by translating requirements into structured data models and analytics use cases.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFE environments and strong reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect and organize data in a secure, compliant way.
• Develop and maintain data models, KPIs and dashboards in Power BI.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders and dev team to deliver reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, lineage and governance across systems.
