Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new customers and carriers within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Create, manage, and monitor project plans with Transport, IT, Warehousing, Finance and Customs.
• Analyze SLAs and operational requirements and propose improvements.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from preparation and testing to go-live.
• Set up and validate carrier accounts and ensure proper onboarding.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation throughout projects.
• Act as the primary contact for customers during onboarding.
• Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Support handover to operations after implementation.
