Bleckmann is seeking a Management Trainee in Transport to rotate across our transport operations, gaining a comprehensive view of our logistics and projects. You will actively participate in multiple departments, collaborate with internal and external teams, and coordinate sub-projects while developing a solid foundation in logistics, data, and project management.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through Transport departments to gain a full view of operations.
• Support projects within Transport & Supply Chain.
• Analyze data and translate insights into improvements.
• Coordinate sub-projects with carriers and internal teams.
• Work with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Develop delivery solutions with carriers and optimize processes.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.
