Bleckmann is seeking a Transport Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers and carriers from a freight perspective. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure a smooth transition into daily operations, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

You will work with Transport, IT, Warehousing, Finance, and Customs teams to optimize SLAs and implement robust processes, while maintaining strong customer relationships and effective project

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Affinity with or experience in transport/logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Create, manage, and monitor project plans with Transport, IT, Warehousing, Finance, and Customs.
• Analyze SLAs and operational requirements and propose improvements where needed.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from preparation to go-live.
• Set up and configure carrier accounts and ensure proper validation.
• Identify risks and follow up on challenges throughout projects.
• Act as primary contact for customers during onboarding.
• Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Support handover to operational teams after implementation.

As a Transport Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new customers and carriers from a transport perspective. You ensure a smooth transition into daily operations and deliver an excellent customer experience by successfully coordinating various implementation projects and multidisciplinary teams.

You act as the key link between customers, transport partners, and internal departments, ensuring that every implementation is delivered efficiently, with high quality, and according to plan.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new customers and carriers within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Create, manage, and monitor project plans in collaboration with various departments, including Transport, IT, Warehousing, Finance, and Customs.
• Analyze SLAs and operational requirements and propose improvements where needed.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from preparation and testing to documentation and go-live.
• Set up and configure carrier accounts and ensure proper validation.
• Identify and follow up on risks and challenges throughout implementation projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Support a smooth handover to operational teams after implementation.

Your profile

• You have experience in project management and are able to successfully deliver projects within agreed deadlines and budgets.
• You have an affinity with or experience in the transport or logistics sector.
• You possess strong organizational skills and can effortlessly manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You communicate confidently and professionally with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• You work accurately and have strong problem-solving skills.
• You take initiative and have a hands‑on mentality.
• You easily build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
