ENGIBEX, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, seeks a Systems Project Engineer to serve as the technical and organizational focal point for transmission system–level initiatives. You will monitor progress, lead technical follow-ups, and ensure effective communication across software, hardware, mechanical design, testing, and validation teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering or related field required.
Interest in automotive systems and powertrain/transmission domains.
Ability to manage multiple topics with strong organizational skills.
Fluent in English, with good communication abilities.

Responsabilités

Own transmission system–level project deliverables and align with program milestones.
Follow up actions, risks, and dependencies across the project.
Coordinate activities between software, mechanical, testing, validation and quality teams.
Lead deep dives, drive 8D investigations, and ensure corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain project overviews, action lists, and technical status summaries.
Organize technical meetings and ensure closure of actions with stakeholders.
Escalate blockers through proper channels and contribute to system documentation.
Support transmission validation engineering with verification planning.
Develop increasing ownership of technical coordination topics over time.
