Médiane Benelux is seeking a System Engineer with hydraulics and power shift module expertise to join our automotive engineering team. You will ensure seamless integration, validation, and performance of transmission systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include decomposing requirements, managing CtF items, conducting V-cycle testing, and leading 8D/QRQC investigations. Strong Matlab/Simulink and Six Sigma experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in automotive engineering.
• Strong background in mechanical engineering with experience linking software and control strategies.
• Hands-on experience with 5W2H, 8D problem solving, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Decompose requirements into subsystem-level specs and architecture.
• Manage and update Critical-to-Function (CTF) items.
• Make technical decisions and communicate across stakeholders.
• Conduct system-level V-cycle testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
• Collaborate with embedded software, hardware, mechanical, hydraulic and materials engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Perform system analysis, modeling, and simulation to validate performance and compliance.
• Lead system issue investigations (8D/QRQC) during development, serial production and after-sales support.
• Support Functional Safety and Cybersecurity requirements.
