Automatic Systems in Belgium is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering across the full product lifecycle, from architecture to validation. You will coordinate between Product, Hardware, Software, Qualification, Industrialization, Production, and After-Sales to ensure end-to-end technical consistency.
The role requires a Master’s in Engineering, at least five years in systems engineering or multidisciplinary product development, and fluency in French and English; travel 3–4 times
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering with relevant specialization.
- Minimum 5 years in Systems Engineering or multidisciplinary product development.
- Experience in electromechanical or embedded systems preferred.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year.
Responsabilités
- Analyze product needs into system requirements.
- Define system architecture and allocate requirements across disciplines.
- Lead SRR/PDR/CDR and system reviews.
- Support Quality, Qualification and DFMEA / system testing.
- Analyze field failures and contribute to corrective actions.
- Interface between Product, Hardware, Software, Qualification, Industrialization, Production, After-Sales.
