Qualifications
- 5+ years in transmission system development or similar
- Strong analytical / data-driven mindset
- Experience with system-level requirements and testing
Responsabilités
- Define, maintain, and verify system-level requirements for transmission efficiency and performance
- Develop mission profiles representing real-world usage
- Perform energy flow analysis and loss breakdowns at transmission level
- Support trade-offs between architecture, controls, and efficiency targets
- Build system-level simulations to predict performance
- Correlate simulations with testing and production data
- Collaborate with hardware, controls, calibration, testing and validation teams
- Participate in design reviews and DFMEA activities
- Contribute to next-generation transmission concepts
- Benchmark competitor systems to identify best practices
