Abakus IT-Solutions is seeking a seasoned Transformation PMO Manager in Brussels to steer governance, monitor budgets, and coordinate IT teams with business sponsors across multiple programmes. You will consolidate plans, manage risks, and deliver dashboards for executive decision-making.

You bring a master’s-level education and at least 10 years in PMO and transformation roles, with recent leadership as a Digital Transformation Manager; strong stakeholder savvy and Agile/PMBOK familiarity are

Formación

• Master’s degree in management, engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in PMO, programme management, portfolio management or transformation.
• Recent experience as a Digital Transformation Manager (expert level).
• Familiar with PMBOK and Agile practices.

Responsabilidades

• Run governance and prepare Steering Committee meetings.
• Track progress across projects and programmes.
• Consolidate and monitor budgets.
• Manage the roadmap and the integrated plan.
• Identify and follow up on risks and dependencies.
• Produce steering dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate IT teams, sponsors and business stakeholders.
