Telenet group | Transformation Business Consultant role within B2B Delivery & Services Excellence. You will help transform order-to-cash and customer service processes, connecting business with technology, product owners and partners to deliver measurable value.

You will translate strategy into priorities, align stakeholders and shape business cases while ensuring delivery and adoption through cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid office presence requested.

Qualificações

• Experience in business transformation and understanding of processes, customers and operations.
• Analytical strength with a data-driven approach to priorities and value.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
• Autonomous, able to connect the dots in complex environments.
• Digital and technical affinity to collaborate with technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive successful transformation by representing the business in major programs.
• Connect business teams with technology teams, product owners and external partners.
• Represent the business in strategic programs across order-to-cash and customer service processes.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across business, technology, architecture and partners.
• Shape business cases, validate benefits and explore value-creating solutions.
• Ensure delivery and adoption by involving experts in analysis, testing and training.
• Report progress, risks and outcomes to business owners and leadership.
