Job summary

RSM Belgium is seeking an ambitious Transfer Pricing Manager to strengthen the Zaventem office. You will lead strategic TP work for international mid-sized companies and advise on optimizing transfer pricing positions while navigating complex domestic and cross-border challenges.

You will engage with clients, develop models, review benchmarking analyses, and mentor junior colleagues, all within a dynamic, collaborative advisory team.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience as a transfer pricing consultant.
• Master’s degree in Taxation, Accountancy, Law, Economics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch or French (native level) and English.
• Dynamic, precise, friendly, and eager-to-learn personality.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on transfer pricing planning and strategic approaches.
• Leading the development of transfer pricing models and methodologies.
• Preparing benchmarking analyses, TP documentation, and intercompany policies.
• Managing local and international TP audits, verifications, and ruling requests.
• Engaging with clients to maintain tailored, high-quality service.
• Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing expertise.
