Job summary

Bank Degroof Petercam SA in Brussels seeks a Transfer Pricing Specialist to support TP strategy, implementation and governance across the Group. You will engage with finance teams, external advisors and regulators to ensure compliant intercompany pricing strategies.

The role covers documentation, policy alignment with value creation, and involvement in post‑acquisition TP issues, with close collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, or taxation, or related field.
• Internship or initial experience in financial services or multinational tax department.
• Fluent in French and English; additional EU languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Interest in finance, taxation and business operations in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with MS Office and AI-enabled tools for task support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing the group's Transfer Pricing policy and prepare analyses.
• Participate in interviews across divisions to align TP policy with value creation.
• Review and prepare TP documentation (Master File) and Local Files.
• Coordinate local finance teams and external tax advisors.
• Liaise with other tax teams, auditors, and regulators on TP requests.
• Advise Finance and Business teams on TP impacts of operations.
• Provide TP advice for intercompany transactions, reorganisations and new business models.
• Participate in post-acquisition integration on TP issues.
• Participate in tax defense strategies and agreements with Tax Authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments in TP (OECD) and ensure compliance.
