confidential is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead engagements for international and mid-sized clients, delivering TP planning, documentation, and strategic guidance. You will model TP policies, supervise benchmarking studies, and manage audit requests while coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Tax, Economics, Law, Accountancy, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consultancy or similar environment.
• Fluent in English with strong proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Team player with leadership potential and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and solid command of common IT tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead transfer pricing engagements for international and mid-sized companies.
• Advise clients on transfer pricing planning, structuring, and strategic positioning.
• Develop and review transfer pricing models, policies, and documentation.
• Manage benchmarking studies and complex TP analyses.
• Handle Belgian and international TP audits, verifications, and ruling requests.
• Act as a key contact for clients, translating complex TP matters into clear business advice.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the TP practice.
• Stay up to date with international TP regulations and advise clients on upcoming changes.
