Job summary

RSM Belgium is seeking an ambitious Transfer Pricing Manager to strengthen the Zaventem office. You will lead strategic TP work for international mid-sized companies and advise on optimizing transfer pricing positions while navigating complex domestic and cross-border challenges.

You will engage with clients, develop models, review benchmarking analyses, and mentor junior colleagues, all within a dynamic, collaborative advisory team.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience as a transfer pricing consultant.
• Master’s degree in Taxation, Accountancy, Law, Economics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch or French (native level) and English.
• Dynamic, precise, friendly, and eager-to-learn personality.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on transfer pricing planning and strategic approaches.
• Leading the development of transfer pricing models and methodologies.
• Preparing benchmarking analyses, TP documentation, and intercompany policies.
• Managing local and international TP audits, verifications, and ruling requests.
• Engaging with clients to maintain tailored, high-quality service.
• Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing expertise.

We are currently looking for an ambitious, self-drivenTransfer Pricing Manager(full time) to strengthen our Zaventem office and help shape the transfer pricing practice of tomorrow.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As Transfer Pricing Manager for (international) mid-sized companies, you will play a leading role in delivering strategic transfer pricing advice and solutions. You will help clients optimize their transfer pricing position and navigate complex domestic and international challenges.

Your responsibilities include:

Strategic & Technical Transfer Pricing Work

• Advising clients on transfer pricing planning, structuring opportunities, and strategic approaches.


• Leading the development of transfer pricing models and methodologies.


• Preparing and reviewing benchmarking analyses, transfer pricing documentation, and intercompany policies.


• Managing local and international transfer pricing audits, verifications, and ruling requests.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Managing key client relationships and ensuring tailored, high-quality service.


• Translating complex transfer pricing concepts into clear, actionable insights.


• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior colleagues.


• Sharing expertise and contributing to the continuous growth of our TP practice.


• Staying up to date with evolving international guidance and proactively advising clients on upcoming changes.

Your expertise and strategic mindset will be essential in building long-term client relationships and helping them succeed in a rapidly changing landscape.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Amaster’s degreein Taxation, Accountancy, Law, Economics, or a related field.
