You will partner with stakeholders, monitor learning effectiveness, ensure quality standards, and manage LMS platforms to report outcomes.

The role requires strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills along with expertise in learning delivery operations.

• Support onboarding, upskilling, behavioral, technical, and process training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, learning policies, and operational guidelines.
• Utilize LMS platforms and digital learning tools for training management and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and modern instructional methodologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in training, learning consulting, or learning delivery operations.
