Job summary

Gaming1 is seeking a meticulous Content & Risk role to manage betting content across online and land-based platforms. You will curate leagues/events/markets, set margins, and ensure compliance with local laws.

Collaborate with local and international teams, monitor quotes, reduce latency, and deliver an exceptional user experience via translations, testing, and bug reporting. English proficiency (min. B2) is essential.

Qualifications

• The role requires a deep understanding of the sports betting universe, with mathematical and statistical logic.

Responsibilities

• Select and upload leagues/events/markets per local interest and legislation.
• Configure templates and define margins under supervision of the Content Officer.
• Benchmark competitive offers and adapt content across sites.
• Ensure content quality and monitor online offers for availability.
• Monitor supplier quotes and ensure low latency in updates.
• Anticipate and manage financial risk via data-driven approaches.
• Analyze player behavior and, where allowed, warn or restrict risky players.
• Ensure an excellent user experience through site testing, translations and bug reporting.
• Collaborate with local and international teams and external organizations.

Job description

YOUR ROLE

• Selecting and uploadingthe leagues/events/markets to be offered according to local interest and legislation
• Configuretemplates and define the associated margins on the various providers/streams - Under the supervision of the Content Officer
• Ensurea benchmarkof the competitive offers (in terms of content) and thus constantly adapt that of our different sites
• Ensure the qualityof the content offered, you will monitor the online offer and ensure that it is constantly available
• Monitorthe changes and adaptations of the quotes by the suppliers and make sure that there is no latency in the update
• Avoidany financial risklinked to the content, you are responsible for anticipating any risk via a risk management approach thanks to the data at your disposal.
• Continuously analyzeplayer behavior and take action to warn, restrict or even claw back money from certain players if necessary, and if legislation allows and their behavior is considered risky.
• Ensurean excellent user experience on allsites through various administrative tasks: configuring homepages, widgets, translating betting content, testing our sites, reporting bugs.
• Collaboratenot only with other local teams (e.g. Risk & Fraud team in their analysis) or international teams, but also with external organizations.

YOUR PROFILE

• The websites operate 24/7, so you will be available according to the department’s schedules (until 2AM)
• You have a good understanding of thesports betting universe(customers and competitors), mathematical and statistical logic.
• You like competition sports, player behavioural logicand the casino universe
• You are ethical, have an analytical spiritand a good ability to prioritize
• You are structured, thoroughand a good listener
• You know how to manage stressand accept criticism
• You are autonomousand solution/result-oriented
• You arecreativeand multi-skilled
• You have excellent spelling
• You have at least a B2 level of English. If you know another language it is even better.
