Job summary

Beiersdorf Belgium is offering a Trade Marketing POS intern role to support POS development and activations for the NIVEA and Labello brands on the Belgian market. You will work with marketing, supply and sales teams to drive in-store presence.

The internship is six months, full-time from January, with a focus on creating promotional materials, coordinating with design agencies, and organizing store checks. You'll gain hands-on FMCG experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Communication.
• Fascinated by the FMCG universe and cosmetics.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail and proactivity.
• Very good working skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Promote POS and support Sales Activations for NIVEA & Labello on the Belgian market.
• Create promotional materials and coordinate with design agencies.
• Organize store checks to monitor competition and best practices.
• Provide administrative support (Purchase orders, order EAN coupons).

Your Tasks

As a Trade Marketing POS intern, you will promote and contribute to the development of POS of Sales Activations for NIVEA & Labello brands on the Belgian market while working with marketing, supply and sales teams.

Your missions will mainly consist of assisting the Point of Sales Excellence Manager (Trade Marketing):

1. • Creation of promotional materials: Displays, topcards & advertisement.
   • Direct communication with different design agencies: briefing creation and adaptation, follow-ups of the ongoing projects.
   • Creation & verification of merchandising plans and composition of promotional displays (consistency of volumes versus sell out levels by sku)
   • Creation of simulations of displays
   • Organize regular storechecks to monitor competition and in-store best practices.
   • Administrative support (Purchase orders, & order EAN coupons).

Your Profile

What it takes to join us:

• Fulltime available as of beginning of January for 6 months
• Currently in your master degree in Marketing / Business / Economics / Communication
• Fascinated by the FMCG universe and cosmetics
• Excellent creative abilities, attention to detail and proactivity
• Good team spirit and communication skills
• Willingness to tackle challenges & solution oriented
• Very good working skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• You are bilingual (Dutch or French & English).
