Job summary

Beiersdorf Belgium is seeking a motivated Marketing intern to join the NIVEA Marketing Team for a 6‑month full-time internship in Brussels. You will contribute to product categories, assist launches and relaunches, and support agency briefs and digital updates on product pages and social media.

You will analyze market trends in FMCG cosmetics, participate in cross-department projects, and develop strong action plans.

Qualifications

• Available for 6 months, full time.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in French & English OR Dutch & English.
• FMCG cosmetics fascination.
• Demonstrates accuracy, is well organized and detail oriented.
• Creative, passionate and driven approach.
• Team spirit and willingness to tackle challenges.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of product categories, including launches and relaunches and supporting materials for the sales team.
• Coordinate communications and activations: prepare and follow-up press releases and agency materials; update product pages, landing pages and social media.
• Conduct market analysis on product trends, competitive landscape and promo environment to generate actionable insights.
• Attend team meetings to understand cross-department collaboration.

• Day‑to‑day management of the product categories: Contribution to the preparation of successful launches and relaunches (support materials for the sales team, briefings towards Nielsen, internal launch events…)
• Follow‑up of Communication / Activations: Prepare and follow‑up of briefings of press releases and communication materials with the agencies. Follow‑up of Digital activities as the update of the product pages on the website, Campaign Landing Pages, Social Media.
• Market analysis: Analysis of the market evolution in terms of product and habits trends, what is the competitive landscape like (product, media…), what is the promo environment like, search for insights that help develop strong action plans, etc.
• Participation to different team meetings: Understanding of the overall way of working of the company and the interactions between the different departments.

Your Profile

What it takes to join us?

• Available for 6 months, full time.
• Is currently in his/her Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Marketing;
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in French & English OR Dutch & English;
• Fascinated by the FMCG universe and cosmetics;
• Demonstrates accuracy, is very well organized and pays attention to details;
• Has a creative, passionate and driven approach;
• Demonstrates team spirit and willingness to tackle challenges;
• Has good working knowledge of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
