Yusen Logistics is seeking a TMS Applications Specialist to bridge transport operations and IT across Europe. You will configure Transport Management Systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that boost reliability for users.

You will translate operational needs into smart configurations, collaborating with business users, IT, and external vendors to drive efficient transport operations. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or freight forwarding environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable configuring applications and supporting business users.
• Good technical understanding of interfaces, databases or SQL is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with Carlo TMS or similar Transport Management Systems is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support Transport Management Systems based on business requirements.
• Provide second-line application support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Translate operational transport processes into functional system solutions.
• Support system implementations, upgrades and continuous improvements.
• Test new functionalities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Build reports and analyse transport data.
• Work with vendors and development teams to deliver system enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to business users and support teams.
