Yusen Logistics is seeking a Customs Applications Specialist to maintain and improve customs-related applications and their integrations across WMS, TMS, ERP and other platforms. You will collaborate with Operations, IT and external partners to drive digitalisation, stability and continuous improvement of our customs tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with logistics, customs, freight forwarding or warehouse systems.
• Good understanding of integrations, including EDI and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for cross-system issues.
• Familiarity with data flows in logistics operations and supply chains.
• Experience collaborating with business, IT and external vendors.
• Ability to document requirements, processes and test scenarios clearly.
• Nice-to-have: Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Lobster or MuleSoft.

Responsabilités

• Support, maintain and enhance customs-related applications and their integration with WMS, TMS, ERP and other platforms.
• Analyse and resolve complex application and integration issues across systems and vendors.
• Coordinate software vendors, releases, upgrades, and user access requests.
• Support projects from requirements gathering and testing to go-live and support handover.
• Collaborate with Integration and EDI teams to define interface and data exchange needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, interfaces and tests.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality in customs processes.
• Support compliance, security, auditability and governance requirements.
