Job summary

CFE in Brussels is seeking an ERP Business Partner Finance to lead and govern the ERP platform across the group. You will bridge Finance and IT, partnering with key users and external partners to design scalable, future-proof solutions.

You combine a strong finance background with digital transformation experience, excellent stakeholder management, and a hands-on, structured approach to project delivery. Fluent English plus Dutch/French is preferred in this multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Management or related field.
• Experience in Finance, ERP, Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Project Management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or similar is an asset.
• Knowledge of finance processes including accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting or consolidation.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A hands-on mindset combined with a structured approach to project delivery.
• Curiosity, learning agility and a genuine interest in innovation and digital transformation.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance domain expert within the ERP transformation program.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions and challenge existing ways of working.
• Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous optimization of finance processes and systems.
• Coordinate and support testing, training and change management activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams, implementation partners and software vendors.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with objectives, standards and best practices.
• Manage or contribute to ERP-related projects, enhancements and initiatives.
• Support key users and help build ERP capabilities across the organization.
• Monitor solution performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
