Materialise Medical is seeking a driven professional to drive adoption of our Soft Tissue portfolio across leading surgical centers. You will own surgeon relationships, deliver training, and collaborate with sales to launch new products while shaping the product pipeline through field insights.

You will translate clinical and technical needs into actionable requirements and support hospitals with evidence generation across thoracic, HPB, and urology domains.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, biomedical sciences, bioscience engineering, commercial engineering, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in a customer-facing role as a technical or clinical expert in healthcare.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to persuade and align stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, can-do mindset with the drive to solve real problems that improve patient lives.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to partner hospitals and international conferences.

Responsabilités

• Own the surgeon relationship: Build and maintain high-impact partnerships with leading thoracic, HPB, and urology surgeons.
• Drive clinical adoption: Deliver product training, workshops, and educational programs to surgeons and strategic partners.
• Accelerate commercial growth: Partner with the sales team to support new product launches, unlock new accounts, and expand business.
• Shape the product pipeline: Translate clinical and technical needs into actionable requirements for the Soft Tissue development pipeline.
• Translate user needs into internal process updates to maintain industry-leading solution standards.
• Guide hospitals in data collection, evidence generation, and presence at medical congresses.

Formation

Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Bioscience Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related technical field
