Job summary

Engibex, a Belgian engineering consultancy, is seeking a Technical Project Leader to drive qualification activities for high-tech projects. You will lead the Qualification plan, coordinate with Imec suppliers, and act as the interface with suppliers, Test Houses and customers.

You will analyse testing profiles, create reports and presentations for clients, and write the Qualification report. Fluent English is required; Belgium base with long-term development opportunities and a supportive,

Qualifications

• Qualification strategy and mission profile knowledge.
• Knowledge of ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883.
• ASIC testing concepts.
• Radiation testing knowledge (TID and SEE).
• Statistical analysis and process capability knowledge.
• Fluent in English.

Profile / Requirements

• Knowledge of the main Qualification Standards (ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883)
• Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts
• Knowledge of Radiation tests (total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) radiation tests)
• Knowledge on statistical analysis and process capability analysis
• Fluent in English
