Jobtailor in Brussels is seeking an experienced Test Manager to define test strategies and oversee testing across projects.

You will coordinate testing phases, organize test-case preparation, manage defects and risk, and report quality metrics using Azure DevOps and Power BI. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Test Management and software testing.
• ISTQB Foundation certification required.
• Significant experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is mandatory.
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement test strategies and test plans for projects.

• Experience in complex and demanding IT environments


• ISTQB Foundation certification required


• Significant experience with Azure DevOps


• Proficiency in Azure DevOps: Work Items, Test Plans, test case preparation and execution, defect management and tracking, and dashboards


• Strong command of test strategy, test plans, campaign coordination, execution, and reporting


• Skills in defect and risk management


• Understanding of Power BI, including report structure, metrics, and data refresh


• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies


• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus


• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills


• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is mandatory
