In4Matic is looking for an experienced testing professional to join a multidisciplinary agile development team and take ownership of test coordination and test analysis activities in a bilingual environment.

You will organize, coordinate, and execute testing across the development lifecycle within a scrum team, collaborating with developers, analysts, users, and stakeholders. The role includes coaching 1–2 testers and guiding test activities, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with test coordination and test analysis in a software delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of test methodologies and standards such as ISTQB or TMap.
• Experience with agile and scrum ways of working.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON for complex queries and data validation.
• Experience with API testing, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with non-functional testing, such as performance testing.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of test automation, with the ability to automate tests independently or in collaboration with the team.
• Experience with tools such as SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Postman, or similar solutions.
• Experience with Playwright or a comparable automation tool is considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare acceptance criteria, test cases, and regression test scenarios.

• Take the initiative to automate repetitive tests where possible.
• Provide transparent reporting on test progress, findings, and software quality.
• Guide and coordinate 1 to 2 other testers on a daily basis.
• Analyse test results, document outcomes, and follow up on corrections with the relevant parties.

This opportunity combines operational coordination, hands‑on test execution, and close collaboration with developers, analysts, users, and stakeholders in a bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality software by organizing, coordinating, and executing testing activities across the development lifecycle. You will work within a scrum team and contribute to the overall test approach for multiple developments.

• At least 5 years of experience as a test analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience as a test coordinator.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information into practical test actions.
• Team player with coaching and coordination capabilities.
