V-IT NV is seeking an experienced Test Automation Expert to join an Agile Social Protection domain team in Brussels. You will enhance automated testing coverage and establish a uniform approach across multiple applications using Selenium and Cucumber.
You will coach team members, collaborate with developers and analysts, and drive scalable test automation while integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and Docker-enabled environments.

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Expert to join one of our Agile teams within the Social Protection domain.
The domain consists of three Agile teams bringing together functional and technical analysts, Java and OutSystems developers, testers, and test automation engineers. As a Test Automation Expert, you will work closely with another Test Automation Engineer to further increase the quality, consistency and coverage of automated testing across multiple applications.
You will play a key role in establishing a uniform approach to test automation and will act as a technical reference for the Agile teams, while also coaching developers and other team members in basic test automation activities.
The domain consists of three key applications covering:
These applications are also made available to several other healthcare funds, each operating in its own environment and infrastructure. This requires dedicated and adapted automated test sets for each environment.
The current level of automated test coverage differs between applications. The objective is to significantly increase coverage and establish a uniform test automation approach based on Selenium and Cucumber.
