eXalt Brussels is seeking a Test Automation Engineer Medior to design robust test automation for web apps and APIs. You will drive automation strategies across complex platforms, partnering with developers and DevOps to increase release confidence.

The role requires 5+ years in QA with automation, experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and strong scripting in Python/Java/JS/TS. Fluency in French or Dutch and professional English are expected; the team works in a hybrid Brussels setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong focus on test automation.
• Hands-on with web and API testing.
• Proficient in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git).
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch; English professional proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for web apps and APIs.
• Evolve testing frameworks and infrastructure (UI & API).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams.
• Define comprehensive test plans based on specs and business needs.
• Analyze test results and logs; collaborate with devs on defects.
