We are looking for a Test Automation Lead & Architect in Belgium to design scalable automation frameworks and drive automation strategies. You will lead QA teams, integrate automation into CI/CD, and collaborate with clients to align automation with business goals.

You will work hands-on, mentor others, and evaluate tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and more. A strong customer-focused and proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in test automation architecture/management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; based in Belgium.
• Broad tool expertise across major automation frameworks and ALM tooling.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Lead and mentor QA professionals to ensure quality standards.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Conduct tool evaluations, POCs and drive innovation in automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation with business goals.
• Hands-on in test automation activities and lead a team/project.
