Resillion is seeking an experienced Medior/Senior Automation Tester specializing in Playwright, Java and Selenium to define and enhance test automation in a complex public-sector environment. You will shape strategy, architecture and coaching, ensuring high quality software through automated tests and clear reporting.

Candidates should have 4+ years in software testing and test automation, strong Agile experience, and fluency in English with Dutch or French.

• Experience clarifying functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and practices.

Responsabilités

• Clarify requirements with analysts, developers and stakeholders.
• Define and drive the test automation strategy.
• Establish test automation architecture, tools and frameworks.
• Measure, monitor and improve automated test coverage.
• Design, implement, maintain and execute automated tests.
• Document and communicate results of automated testing.
• Prepare structured test plans aligned with project goals.
• Assess software quality and report risks and recommendations.
• Support creation and maintenance of test data sets.
• Test REST APIs and event-based integrations.
• Coordinate testing activities and coach others.
• Take ownership of testing decisions and drive quality in the team.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
