Resillion is seeking a Medior/Senior Automation Tester to define and implement test automation using Playwright, Java and Selenium in a Brussels-based hybrid setup. You will contribute to strategy, architecture, and quality reporting for a complex public-sector environment.

The role requires at least 4 years of hands-on testing and automation, strong collaboration with analysts and developers, and the ability to coach others while delivering reliable test datasets and REST API tests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on software testing and test automation.
• Proven ability to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and architectures.

Responsabilités

• Clarify requirements with analysts, developers and stakeholders.
• Define and drive the test automation strategy and architecture.
• Design, implement, maintain and execute automated tests.
• Measure, monitor and improve automated test coverage.
• Document and communicate test results and risks clearly.
• Coordinate testing activities in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Coach other testers and own testing-related decisions.
