onetowin data services is seeking a Functional Test Analyst to support B2B digital sales channels and Salesforce CRM ecosystem. You will join Agile Scrum teams to ensure new developments meet requirements and quality standards, validating solutions from an end-user perspective.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Developers, Scrum Masters, and other Test Analysts to ensure seamless integration and high customer experience across systems and data flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manual testing experience in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience with CRM transformation projects and digital sales channels.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, API testing, and data integrity.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business and functional requirements and design test scenarios.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Document defects in Jira and ensure retesting before release.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Developers and QA peers in Scrum ceremonies.

Our client is seeking a Functional Test Analyst to support the continuous evolution of its B2B digital sales channels and Salesforce CRM ecosystem. The role is a key part of Agile Scrum teams, ensuring that new developments meet business requirements, comply with quality standards, and seamlessly integrate with existing applications. As a Functional Test Analyst, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Scrum Masters, and fellow Test Analysts to validate solutions from an end-user perspective and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Test Analyst will be a member of the B2B Performance & Change Team, which supports the B2B Transformation

Detailed Tasks

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Analyze business and functional requirements.
• Design, create, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Ensure issues are resolved and retested before release.

Agile Project Participation

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to solution discussions from a quality assurance perspective.
• Support release preparation and post-release validation activities.

Salesforce CRM & Integration Testing

• Validate integrations between Salesforce CRM and B2B sales channels.
• Verify API interactions and data exchanges across applications.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of customer, contract, and sales data.
• Support testing of automated workflows and business processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality indicators.
• Participate in demonstrations and presentations for business users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Competences:

Technical Skills

• Experience in Functional Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Jira for defect and ticket management.
• Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of API testing and system integrations.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience in test reporting and test data management.

• At least 3 years of experience as a manual tester preferably in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience within CRM transformation projects.

• Strong affinity and understanding of modern Test technology solutions (e.g. Test automation on its different levels, Test data management tooling, …
• Affinity or testing experience in Web, Mobile Application and UX in general.

• Fluent in English and either in French or Dutch
