E-Resourcing is seeking a Functional Test Analyst to support QA across B2B digital sales channels and Salesforce CRM, ensuring requirements are met and quality standards upheld.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, Scrum Masters, and fellow Test Analysts in Agile Scrum teams to validate solutions from an end-user perspective and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a manual tester in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience with CRM transformation projects.
• Experience in digital sales channels or customer-facing platforms.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Mabl.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business and functional requirements and design test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, and document defects in Jira.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce CRM and B2B channels and verify API interactions.
