Jobat is seeking a professional to lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders for industrial EPC projects in Belgium. You will oversee a team of Tender Engineers, ensuring tenders meet high standards and deadlines while driving improvements in the tendering process.

This role involves strategic coordination across engineering, procurement, and planning teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of technical and commercial tenders for industrial EPC projects.
• Define bid strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, planning and legal.
• Oversee cost estimation, technical documentation and ensure all tenders are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Tender Engineers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive the digitalization and optimization of tendering processes to support the company's growth ambitions.
