DEME Group's subsidiary G-tec is seeking a Tender Engineer to join a global team delivering geophysical and GIS services for offshore renewable energy, dredging and marine projects.

You will analyze tender documents, prepare cost calculations, develop plans, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal departments to secure approvals while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline.
• Offshore tendering experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on problem solving.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a team.
• Organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Adaptive to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

We are looking for a tender engineer for one of our subsidiaries. G-tec provides specialized geophysical and GIS services. Our services are targeted to customers active in offshore renewable energy, dredging, and other marine domains.
G-tec operates around the world on rivers, beaches and at sea with a highly qualified and motivated team of civil engineers, earth scientists, hydrographers and GIS specialists. Because of our growth, we are currently looking for an additional Tender Engineer.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation received from potential clients;
• Work on method selection and writing technical proposals;
• Prepare cost calculations and programming of works (planning);
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting internal departments;
• Summarizing and reporting for internal and external approval.

Your profile

• You hold a BSc or a MSc Degree in a relevant discipline;
• Experience in the tendering, preparation and follow-up of Offshore projects is a big plus;
• You are a strong analytical thinker, with a hands-on mindset and problem-solving approach;
• You have an eye for detail and order and enjoy being part of a larger team;
• You keep your work organized and planned and can cope with strict deadlines;
• You are comfortable adapting to changing priorities;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
