DEME is seeking a Tender Engineer to analyze tender documentation, develop technical proposals, cost calculations, and project planning for offshore renewable energy, dredging and marine works. You will liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to prepare competitive bids and ensure timely submission.

Candidates hold a BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline, have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Analyze tender documentation from potential clients.
• Develop method selection and write technical proposals.
• Prepare cost calculations and plan scheduling for works.
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and internal departments.
• Summarize and report for internal and external approvals.
