Ayvens seeks a Temporary Sales Advisor Partnerships to act as the primary liaison for our Sales Advisors, Account Managers, and Dealer network. You will manage calls, cases, and offers while delivering strong engagement and collaborative problem-solving with the dealer network.

You will communicate effectively in Dutch and French, handle multiple tasks with prioritization, and maintain quality relationships in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent thinking.
• Strong communication and professionalism for collaboration with dealers and colleagues.
• Ability to voice ideas clearly and maintain professional relationships.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for Sales Advisors, Account Managers, and the Dealer network.
• Handle calls, manage cases, and prepare offers.
• Engage with dealer network and colleagues to drive success.
• Think proactively to identify what is needed to achieve objectives.

Your responsibilities

As a Temporary Sales Advisor Partnerships you will be the point of contact for our Sales Advisors, Account Managers and Dealer network.

You are their business partner in the following phases: Assisting the day-to-day business. You’ll be responsible to handle calls, manage cases and other administrative task like creating offers. You deliver a strong engagement towards the dealer network and your colleagues.

You act as a partner and think together on what is needed to ensure success, thinking outside of the box too!

Who are we looking for?

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have a Bachelor level of thinking. Thanks to your creativity and professionalism, you achieve great success: with your colleagues for your customers. And you do everything in your power to achieve individual and collective objectives.

Speak convincingly, listen attentively in Dutch and French.

You are not afraid of picking up the phone and talking with the dealers and customers.

You bring sufficient assertiveness and perseverance to deliver success.

However, you respect the balance with engaging in qualitative relationships.

Working correctly, precise and well-structured is key to have control of your portfolio.

You can easily handle several tasks, you can determine the correct priorities.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment but you can keep track on quality and priorities.

You are a real team player and enjoy being part of a enthusiastic, eager team.
