Ayvens is seeking a Sales Advisor to manage and convert leasing opportunities for our second-hand vehicles in a predominantly digital environment. You will guide prospects from enquiry through contract signature and vehicle delivery, acting as the primary contact for re-lease solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven salesperson with a proven track record, fluent in Dutch, English and French, and comfortable handling multiple tasks within a fast-paced team.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor you will be responsible for managing and converting leasing opportunities for our second-hand vehicles (Re-Lease product). You will guide prospects throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience in a predominantly digital environment.

• You are the primary point of contact for prospects interested in our re-lease (used vehicle leasing) solutions.
• You prepare solid offers for long-term leasing.
• You manage sales opportunities from A to Z, from the initial enquiry to contract signature and vehicle delivery.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to foster strong relationships. You say what you do and you do what you say.
• You are able to manage multiple tasks, are administrative strong and can structure and prioritize effectively.
• You get to the bottom of things. Thanks to your persuasiveness and negotiating skills, you win people's trust.
• You will be expected to support multiple functions within the team.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thought and work.
• A natural-born salesperson with a proven track record and experience for identifying customer needs and proposing the best solutions.
• You are flexible and thrive in a role with varied responsibilities
• Someone who thrives in managing multiple tasks, is administratively strong and can structure & prioritize effectively in a fast-paced mainly digital environment.
• A proactive and results-driven individual who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to do pro-active follow-up and take initiatives.
• Persuasive and communicative, with fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
• An enthusiastic team player who can also work independently when required.
