Ayvens is seeking a Marketing & Communications Advisor to act as the central hub for marketing activity with our white label partners. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers, Sales Managers and Fleet Coordinators to deliver impactful campaigns and translate strategy into scalable initiatives.

You will coordinate materials, events, incentives, and training to boost partner visibility and sales, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• Extensive and substantial years of experience (min 5 years) in a comparable role.
• Strong networking abilities and stakeholder management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Agile mindset and team-player attitude.
• Fluent in English; bilingual FR/NL is a plus.

Your responsibilities

As a Marketing & Communications Advisor you will be the central hub of marketing activity for our white label partnerships:

• You work hand in hand with a network of Marketing Managers, Sales Managers and Fleet Coordinators from a dozen major car manufacturers.
• You collaborate closely with the internal Partnership Sales team and external marketing agencies to deliver impactful marketing actions and campaigns.
• You contribute to the definition of the marketing strategy for our white label partnerships and translate it into concrete, scalable initiatives.
• You help our partners integrate our products into their communication channels and identify opportunities to increase visibility and sales.
• You create and coordinate marketing materials, campaigns and sales support tools tailored to the needs of our partners.
• You are responsible for the organisation of client events.
• You organize incentive programs, events and training sessions to boost sales performance and strengthen relationships with our partners.
• You manage several projects simultaneously and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• You are proactive, take initiative and do not wait for opportunities to come to you.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on mentality and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• You constantly look for ways to make marketing actions more efficient, scalable and impactful.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferable in Marketing, Business Management.
• You have extensive and substantial years (minimum 5 years) of experience, with progressive responsibility, in a comparable role.
• You are a natural born networker and can leverage your broad network to create impact with your actions.
• You have good listening skills and are able to translate business needs into concrete actions
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and you can convince your audience of the relevance of your actions and ideas.
• You have an agile mindset and can easily respond to changing situations in the market.
• You are a team player , passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
• You are bilingual FR/NL and speak English fluently.
