Jobat is assisting a prominent multinational manufacturer in Belgium seeking a Logistic Operations Specialist to manage shipments, delivery execution, and customs clearance.

You will raise PRs, track supplier deliveries after PO release, monitor fulfillment, maintain SAP data, and collaborate with supply planning, procurement, customer service, warehouses, and carriers.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations and warehousing.
• Familiar with SAP and order tracking.
• Ability to track shipments and resolve issues.

• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and follow up supplier deliveries after PO release
• Monitor order fulfillment, resolve logistics issues, and maintain SAP data accuracy

• Support inventory management and planning
• Track logistics performance and contribute to KPI reporting

With 11 industrial facilities spread throughout Brazil, the United States, Mexico, and Uruguay, as well as two Global Research & Development Centers, three Research & Development Facilities, and eight commercial offices spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia, they are at the forefront of their industry. They are currently seeking a Logistic Operations Specialist.
