MAKITA is seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator in Belgium to arrange transport, prepare customs clearance information, and communicate with forwarders and transport partners. You will manage item data and handle processing and registration of purchases.

Responsibilities include checking invoices in the inventory system, preparing customs certificates, and coordinating with Customer Service to ensure smooth export operations and timely shipments.

Responsabilités

• Arrange transport and coordinate with forwarders and transport partners.
• Prepare customs clearance information and certificates as required.
• Check and record invoices related to export in the inventory system.
• Follow up on open orders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and other departments for smooth export operations.
• Provide information required for customs clearance and monitor delivery times.

Your main responsibilities are arranging transport, preparing customs clearance information, and communicating with forwarders and transport partners. You will also manage item data and handle the processing and registration of purchases.

• Checking and recording invoices in the inventory system related to export.
• Checking all kinds of documents (transport documents, certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, EUR1, ...)
• Preparing and providing information required for customs clearance
• Following up on open orders and taking action to ensure timely shipment.
• Communicating with forwarders, transport companies, and customs-related stakeholders, including for transport arrangements.
• Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
• Coordinating with various departments, including Customer Service, to ensure the smooth flow of export operations.
• Back up to the general administrative tasks to support the department
