Job summary

Desotec NV in Belgium seeks a temporary finance support to join the team during ERP Dynamics transition and maternity leave cover until year end. You will help ensure smooth daily financial operations and take on responsibilities quickly.

Focus on invoice processing, approvals, postings of purchase invoices and bank statements, handling of expense notes, and supporting the accounting department. Dutch and English communication skills are required; knowledge French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or secondary education diploma is required.
• Hands-on administrative support experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to communicate in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor all incoming invoices and payment reminders.
• Oversee approval processes for purchase invoices.
• Post purchase invoices and bank statements.
• Enter expense notes (onkostennota's) into the system.
• Provide administrative support to lighten colleagues’ workload.
