A leading interior design firm in Oostrozebeke is looking for a technician to provide support to manufacturing. The role involves ensuring that machinery is in good condition and minimizing downtime. Candidates should have a professional bachelor's degree in electromechanics and preferably experience in technical maintenance. Job Responsibilities

As a technician you will be responsible to provide support to manufacturing, to ensure that machineries and equipment are in good condition, to accelerate manufacturing/operations activities and to minimize possible downtime.

• Together with your colleagues, you solve electromechanical failures in the machine park.
• You perform preventive maintenance and make adjustments to machines.
• You formulate improvement proposals and carry them out.
• You take care of order, tidiness and safety of installations and machines.

Qualifications

• You have a professional bachelor's degree in electromechanics or electricity or equivalent through experience.
• You preferably have experience in technical maintenance.
• You can work independently and have a good sense of responsibility.
• You have a problem solving and result oriented attitude.
• You have social skills and are fascinated by technology.
• You want to work in 2 shifts.
