skeyes is seeking a Technical Training Officer to ensure the technical services staff receive ongoing training and evaluations, keeping them competent in a rapidly changing environment and contributing to safe air traffic.

You will organize training courses, translate operational needs into concrete documents, and monitor sessions for quality while coordinating with multiple parties to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Affinity with a technical context and experience with training and competence management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for quality delivery.
• Familiar with a highly regulated environment and can explain complex regulations clearly.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused in fast-paced settings.
• Able to set priorities and plan with multiple stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Meticulous on administrative aspects including traceability and compliance.
• Willing to continuously develop skills in training, learning, coaching, etc.
• Fluent in English; able to express in Dutch or French.
• Experience with SharePoint, Jira and training databases.

Responsabilités

• Organise training courses for both new and existing employees, considering legal requirements and internal regulations.
• Consult with technical services on timing, format and content of training, translating needs into concrete documents and plans.
• Monitor training sessions, ensure quality and coordinate with all parties for smooth implementation.
• Keep track of who has received which training and the training objectives achieved.
• Promote the importance of technical training and contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Set up, coordinate and follow up on the Ongoing Competency Assessment (OCA) programme for technical staff.
• Monitor applicable rules and standards and propose adjustments to internal processes where necessary.
