skeyes is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive a portfolio of IT initiatives, defining governance, planning, and resource requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery quality through structured testing and risk management.

You will build strong business relationships, communicate clearly with management and technical groups, and guide projects from initiation to handover in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with Dutch or French as an additional language.
• Proven leadership and ability to bring structure to projects.
• Comfort with ICT concepts across technologies and protocols.
• Extensive experience delivering projects in complex environments.
• Experience engaging management and diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Prince2, PMP or SAFe/PSM frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Define scope with relevant stakeholders and validate it.
• Determine resources (material, people, budget) and secure availability.
• Create governance for progress reporting, roles, and responsibilities.
• Develop a realistic project plan with dependencies and timelines.
• Ensure delivery quality via test strategy and validations.
• Communicate tailor-made plans to stakeholders and teams.
• Lead project execution, monitor progress, mitigate risks, drive team cohesion.
• Coordinate procurement and lead tender evaluations.
• Report status and decisions; ensure day-to-day integration post-delivery.
