NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Technical Team Leader for an engagement with a European Institution in Brussels. You will direct Front Office and Back Office teams, manage resources, and ensure delivery against defined SLAs while driving process improvements and changes.

You will lead with a strong IT background, coordinating cross-functional activities, and mentoring staff in a multinational environment. Fluency in English and French is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of Team Leader experience or Master degree with 5 years in a Team Leader role.
• Experience coordinating proximity support teams and understanding their technical and operational challenges.
• Project management experience, planning, follow-up, and coordination of improvements or deployments.
• Advanced IT product knowledge (HW/SW) and strong business tools proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Daily operational team management of Front Office and/or Back Office teams with SLAs and quality control.
• Resource planning, cost estimation, and ensuring service levels according to plan.
• Provide leadership, motivate team members and develop their skills.
• Oversee change control procedures and regular reporting.
• Identify challenges and propose process improvements; monitor progress against the plan.
