BEA Sensors Europe is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator for our Pedestrian Entrance Sensors (PES) across European markets. You will provide comprehensive technical support by phone or email and work with cross‑functional teams to drive product improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least 3 years of similar experience, and fluency in English, German and French (C1/C2). Occasional on-site missions and knowledge sharing are expected.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2), German (C1/C2) and French (C1/C2).

Responsabilités

• Provide timely responses to customers’ technical inquiries by phone or email.
• Coordinate with Sales, PM, R&D and Quality on field tests and product improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., wiring diagrams) for on-site support.
• Offer ongoing internal support within the Technical Support Department.
• Share knowledge through reports and documentation for continuous learning.
• Define and track KPIs related to service and product quality using a ticketing system.
