Job summary

Certis Belchim Italy seeks a Technical Support Advisor to accelerate sales and provide expert technical guidance across Lazio, Campania and Sardinia. You will interact with dealers, technical teams and growers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders within the Italian Marketing Team to drive market adoption and successful product launches.

The role requires at least three years in technical sales or advisory roles, strong English, and a proactive, autonomous approach in a hybrid or remote

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in technical sales or customer-facing advisory roles.
• Proven experience in sales consulting, customer service and/or technical support.
• Strong technological aptitude, including the use of computer systems and databases.
• Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
• Ability to handle conflicts professionally and find constructive solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation ability.
• Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in project management.
• Strategic mindset: able to plan, prioritize, and align with key KPIs and company objectives.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative to improve processes and outcomes.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities to further develop our solutions in alignment with market needs.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders, supporting sales growth.
• Being a sales accelerator for the Plant Protection Products portfolio and supporting bio stimulants within holistic IPM programs.
• Leading development- and commercial projects within your territory.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of company products and competitors and sharing insights internally and externally.
• Implementing IPM protocols across relevant crops in your assigned area.
• Ensuring continuous connection with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting product development before, during, and after launch to ensure strong market performance.
• Executing company strategy using KPI’s to guide direction and monitor success.
