Globachem is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to strengthen its market position in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will coordinate technical and commercial activities, build distributor relationships and provide customers with technical advice.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and report to the Sales Lead North-West Europe, while traveling frequently within the Baltics and to Sint-Truiden (Belgium). Master’s in Agronomy and 5–7 years in crop protection are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Agronomy or equivalent field.
• 5–7 years in crop protection in a technical-commercial role.
• Strong understanding of Baltic market dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen Globachem’s market position in the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
• Coordinate technical and commercial activities and provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
• Establish long-term relationships with existing and new distributors.
• Act as main point of contact for customer requests or complaints and ensure timely follow-up with related departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and share market insights.
• Report to Sales Lead North-West Europe and contribute to the global Sales & Marketing team.
• Based in Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania and travel frequently within the region and to Sint-Truiden (Belgium).
